Adified ad posting issue , 500 server error

Hi,
facing problem with Adified ad posting, when creating ad and submitting then it is showing 500 server error but ad also submitted for approval. pls suggest asap.

1. pending ads fixed
2. your server upload limit 2MB, please ask your hosting administrator to increase it
3. We do not provide support for internet explorer
4. Provide us some link which coming from HTTP
