You can translate HelpUs easily by following below instruction

Go to file /root/resources/lang/en/app.php

Open it wil a text editor like NotePadd++ or Sublime text or any others (Not word processing application)

You will get an array that contains key and value, such as

'home' => 'Home',

Replace the right side value with your language.

Example 'home' => 'your language',

Done all of the value

And save the file, than it should be translation it to your language
