Teachify LMS supports popular image, video and zip formats, some more rare file types will not be supported. As an admin, you are allowed to add or remove file types based on your necessity. Let’s see how to add or remove custom file types.

To add/remove any file types, follow these steps.

1. Log-in to Teachify Learning Management System admin area
2. From the left sidebar, go Settings > General Settings
3. Scroll down to bottom of the page, you will see an input field called Allowed file types
   
   
4. Write file extension that you would like to add or you can remove the existing one just by deleting any type. All file extension should be separated by comma (,)
