installation problem Themeqx Advanced PhP Laravel Classified script

Hello,

I purchased the Themeqx Advanced PhP Laravel Classified script from codecanyon. I am having trouble installing this script. 500 error server.
I sent one email from the support form here and one in codecanyon.
This is the mail:

Item Purchase Code: xxx
Purchase Date: 2021-03-31 18:43:17 UTC
I did upload all in my server all the files on the folder “source”, changed the .env file with my database details, how explained on the DOC file.
But when I access to the site I have 503 error.
Do you have a ver detail instructions, step by step how to install? I also I check one video from your YT channel, but still not clear at all.
How I can do install properly ?

Please share some step by step installation link, or I have to ask for refund and rate very bad on codecanyon
