installing “Teachify LMS” erro code:404 Not Found

When I was installing “Teachify LMS”, the following error occurred at step 2, the error message is as follows: 404 Not Found.

ps: There is no path and file in there –> public/installations/step/2 to see the path

Is the compressed source code downloaded after purchase incomplete?
