Password Reset Email Not Working

Hello Team!
I’m facing the password reset email problem for many days.
Before I generated a ticket and your team responds that there is an issue with your server.
I asked my hosting provider that they remove proc_open function from php.ini file blocked function list and he has done that but error still same.
When I go to this ( http://alkhidmat.org/support/password/reset ) link to reset my password it asks me for my registered email and I write my email and click on the submit button it redirect me to this link ( http://alkhidmat.org/support/password/email ) but shows 500 | Server Error.
Can you help me to figure out this main issue?
I’m already run out of my project deadline.

Please post your cPanel login info here, we will check it, and we will fix this issue. This issue probably coming from the server.
