To fix JobFair displayed at your website title, please edit following file /root/resources/views/layouts/theme.blade.php

At line number 10, replace
<title>{!! !empty($title) ? $title : 'JobFair' !!}</title>
With
<title>{!! !empty($title) ? $title : get_option('site_title') !!}</title>

To place google tracking code, just place it above file, before closing head tag </head>
