HelpUs – Ultimate Crowdfunding Solution
A self-hosted crowdfunding script built on Laravel. Run donation and reward-based campaigns with PayPal, Stripe and bank transfer payments.
HelpUs is a self-hosted crowdfunding application built on the Laravel framework. It gives you the pieces a fundraising site actually needs: campaign pages that convert, payments that work out of the box, and an admin panel for everything behind the scenes. You host it, you brand it, you own the data.
Run donation and reward campaigns
HelpUs supports both major crowdfunding models. Accept straight donations for charity appeals and community causes, or offer rewards in exchange for pledges. A campaign can include multiple reward tiers, including digital files, which makes it just as useful for creative projects and indie products as it is for fundraising.
Payments that work out of the box
PayPal, Stripe and bank transfer are integrated by default, so backers can pay the way they prefer. Need a different gateway? The payment code follows a clear pattern, and the documented modules make it straightforward to add your own.
Campaign pages built to convince
Every campaign gets the sections that turn visitors into backers: a rich description with images, progress updates from the creator, an FAQ, public comments with replies, and a visible list of supporters. Nothing builds trust like seeing who else backed the project.
A media manager that remembers
Upload an image once, reuse it anywhere. The built-in media manager keeps every upload in one private library per user, so nobody re-uploads the same banner twice and everyone’s files stay their own.
Sign-in made easy, data handled properly
Backers can register with a standard email account or sign in socially, whichever is faster for them. The application is built with GDPR compliance in mind, because a fundraising site lives and dies by the trust of its supporters.
An admin panel for the daily work
From the admin panel you manage users, moderate campaign comments, create CMS pages, and adjust settings without touching code. When you do want to code, you are working with clean Laravel modules rather than a tangled core.
Built on Laravel, made to extend
HelpUs runs on PHP 8.1+ with MySQL and follows Laravel conventions throughout. The code is organized so you can customize modules or add features of your own instead of fighting the framework.
